About the team and this role:

You'll be part of Inkle's HR Team. We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our team. This is a WFO full-time role in our Bangalore office. This role offers hands-on exposure to the core areas of Human Resources, including recruitment, office admin, onboarding, employee engagement, HR operations, and compliance. You will support the HR team in day-to-day activities and gain practical experience in people practices within a fast-paced work environment

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and candidate coordination.
  • Support in onboarding & documentation on the HRMS portal.
  • Maintain and update HR databases, records, and employee files.
  • Assist with drafting HR communications, policies, and reports.
  • Contribute to employee engagement initiatives, surveys, and cultural activities.
  • Help in preparing HR-related letters, contracts, and compliance documents.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams for HR-related queries and support.
  • Work on special HR projects as assigned.
  • Assist in office admin (purchasing, equipment admin, expenses).

Who we're looking for:

  • Pursuing or recently completed studies in HR/Business/Management/Psychology (or just super interested in HR).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Good organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace; familiarity with HRMS tools is a plus.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Eagerness to learn, adapt, and contribute in a team environment.
