Responsibilities:

  • Analyze HR data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to improve HR initiatives
  • Support data-driven decision-making by preparing reports and visual presentations for senior leadership, showcasing insights on employee engagement, recruitment efficiency, and overall HR performance.
  • Act as a Business Analyst for HR system development, documenting requirements, facilitating communication with developers, and overseeing implementation.
  • Drive process automation by identifying repetitive HR tasks and implementing efficient and scalable solutions.
  • Design and implement dashboards and reporting systems to visualize HR metrics and KPIs.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to provide data-driven recommendations for enhancing employee engagement and improving recruitment strategies.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in business /management or a related field.
  • Proven experience working with HR data, including Talent Acquisition, employee engagement, and related metrics. Knowledge of HRIS and ATS is an advantage.
  • Appreciation for technology, especially understanding of database management and basic scripting, is essential for effective communication with IT teams and oversight of HR system enhancements.
  • Proficient in performing basic data analysis with Excel and simple statistical tools to identify trends and the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills .
  • Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate with HR teams and stakeholders.
  • Proactive, adaptive, with a strong ethical stance on confidentiality and data security, capable of managing multiple priorities effectively.
