We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Talent Acquisition Lead to for our First Mile Operations. This role is critical to scaling our Warehouse operations by identifying, attracting, and hiring talent across store roles including Picker packer and Loaders. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in high-volume, multi-location retail hiring and a passion for creating a best-in-class candidate and hiring manager experience.

Key Responsibilities:

· Lead and manage the end-to-end talent acquisition strategy for warehouse hiring.

· Partner closely with Operations, Regional Managers to forecast hiring needs and design strategic recruitment plans.

· Build, lead, and develop a high-performing team of recruiters and coordinators focused on retail talent acquisition.

· Implement efficient high-volume hiring processes and tools to ensure rapid, scalable hiring across locations.

· Enhance employer branding initiatives to attract frontline store talent and increase awareness in key markets.

· Oversee and optimize recruitment channels including job boards, career fairs, social media, and local outreach programs.

· Manage vendor relationships (e.g., staffing agencies, background check providers, job platforms).

Requisites :

A graduate with 4-8 years of exp into Volume hiring, preferably from Logistics, ecommerce, Quick Commerce, Staffing and Manpower agency.

Location :

Chennai, Hyderabad and Kerala
