Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Talent Acquisition Lead with exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders to understand workforce needs and translate them into actionable hiring plans.
  • Drive full-cycle recruitment across a variety of roles, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Manage and mentor a team of recruiters, ensuring high performance and continuous development.
  • Communicate effectively with candidates and stakeholders to manage expectations, provide updates, and ensure a consistent employer brand message.
  • Utilize data and recruitment metrics to report on hiring progress, identify bottlenecks, and recommend process improvements.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Human Resources with 5+ years of experience in handling technical recruitment.
  • Proven track record of managing high-volume recruitment and delivering against tight deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and build consensus at all levels.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency with ATS and recruitment platforms
  • Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
