Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Talent Acquisition Lead with exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders to understand workforce needs and translate them into actionable hiring plans.
- Drive full-cycle recruitment across a variety of roles, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Manage and mentor a team of recruiters, ensuring high performance and continuous development.
- Communicate effectively with candidates and stakeholders to manage expectations, provide updates, and ensure a consistent employer brand message.
- Utilize data and recruitment metrics to report on hiring progress, identify bottlenecks, and recommend process improvements.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Human Resources with 5+ years of experience in handling technical recruitment.
- Proven track record of managing high-volume recruitment and delivering against tight deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and build consensus at all levels.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with ATS and recruitment platforms
- Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
