  • Part Design and Assembly, Drafting
  • Receive the RFQ from the customer to study the drawings, and if needed data conversion from 2D to 3D and drafting
  • Preparation of BOM and Project Estimations (Raw Material, New Machine and New Tooling Costs).
  • Feasibility Study of the new projects (In-house/outsourced).
  • Design of new Tools, Dies and Gauges.
  • Develop Proto Sample with inspection report to send to customer, receive feedback assessment and Corrective Action
  • Preparation of PFD and documenting Control Plan, FMEA and PPAP Document for new product approval. Preparation of process layout.
  • Preparation of APQP documentation during new product development.
  • Improvements Tool, Fixtures and Jigs
  • Process Design and Development
  • Reduce the number of operations/ Process, cycle time.

  • AutoCAD  (2D & 3D design and drafting)
  • CREO (Part Design and Assembly, Drafting)
  • Tekla (2D Drafting)
  • Exposure to IATF , QMS Core Tools. (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA & SPC) would be a plus
