YOUR TASKS
Develop – transform OE data form various OEMs
into standardized data format. 
6-8 years of expertise and experience from
vehicle maintenance from an OE associated service department. Experience with
the admin side of vehicle maintenance. Preferable experience with more
OEMs. 

Retrieve technical data from OE portal based
on model, model type, engine type, engine code, transmission type etc.
Differences per market, VIN (check for VIN or year changes) needs
analysis. 
Retrieving technical information is done from
multiple sources depending on manufacturer, portal standard, vehicle model
and/or model year. Sources can be OE data portal (technical specification,
repair manuals, bulletins, OE parts catalogue), external sources for validation
and refinement (ex. ATE brake catalogue). 

Adapt technical data concepts to HGS
standard/define new standards (ex. High voltage parts placements, tightening
torques etc.). 
Align and create new data lines/data points in
databases and tooling 
Produce/insert data specifications using the
WDM tool, find and add correct manuals/procedures for the specific data
line/vehicle 
Align and request drawings, manuals from
separate teams 
Align and create new parts names according to
HGS standard (understand what is the OE part) 
Map/link new technical data with other data
types 
Map/align technical data groups for correct
display in products 
Validate data concept and adapt if required
(QA) 
Maintain, change, adapt over time 
Contribute to the development of new data
types (based on experience in real life, feedback, participation in trainings
etc.)
