Job Overview:

We are seeking a Lead Generation Trainee / Executive to support our sales and business development team in identifying, qualifying, and nurturing potential leads. The role involves research, outreach, and initial engagement with prospects through various channels to build a healthy sales pipeline.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify potential leads through online databases, social media, networking sites, and industry directories.
  • Generate leads via cold calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and marketing campaigns.
  • Qualify leads based on target criteria and hand over opportunities to the sales team.
  • Maintain and update the CRM/database with accurate lead information.
  • Support marketing campaigns by following up on event/webinar registrations and inquiries.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to improve lead generation strategies.
  • Track and report weekly/monthly lead generation activities and performance.
