Job Title: Senior SEO Specialist – Night Shift (USA Market)

Location: Ahmedabad, India

Position: On-site, Full-time

Working Hours: NIGHT SHIFT (6:00 PM – 3:00 AM)

Notice Period: Immediate / Within 15-30 Days

Experience: 3–5+ Years (Mid to Senior Level)

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior SEO Specialist to lead our organic growth initiatives across websites targeting the US market. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in both on-page and off-page SEO, strong analytical skills, and the ability to develop comprehensive strategies that improve rankings, traffic, and conversion rates.

You will work closely with our content, web, and marketing teams to enhance online visibility, strengthen domain authority, and generate qualified inbound leads for our staffing and business services.

Key Responsibilities SEO Strategy & Execution

• Develop, execute, and optimize comprehensive SEO strategies for US-based websites.
• Conduct detailed keyword research, competitor analysis, and content gap analysis to identify ranking opportunities.
• Manage on-page optimization: meta titles, descriptions, header tags, schema markup, URL structures, and internal linking.
• Oversee off-page SEO: backlink acquisition, outreach campaigns, directory submissions, and digital PR.
• Collaborate with developers and designers to ensure technical SEO best practices (site speed, mobile responsiveness, indexing, crawlability).

Performance Tracking & Reporting

• Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly keyword performance, traffic, and conversions using Google Analytics, Search Console, and other SEO tools.
• Generate insightful reports with actionable recommendations for ongoing improvement.
• Track key KPIs such as CTR, bounce rate, domain authority, conversion rates, and organic visibility.

Content & Collaboration

• Work with the content team to guide SEO-friendly content creation and ensure keyword alignment.
• Suggest topic clusters, optimize existing web content, and manage landing pages for better engagement and lead generation.
• Coordinate with marketing and recruitment teams to align SEO goals with broader digital marketing and business objectives.

Trend Analysis & Continuous Improvement

• Stay updated with Google algorithm changes, SEO trends, and best practices.
• Experiment with new tools, tactics, and strategies to stay ahead of competitors in the US market.
• Conduct regular SEO audits to identify and fix performance issues.

Key Skills Required

• Strong expertise in on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
• Proven experience in keyword research, link-building, and SEO analytics.
• Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Screaming Frog, and Google Tag Manager.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and WordPress or CMS management (preferred).
• Understanding of local SEO, schema, and content optimization for US-based audiences.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred).
• 3–5+ years of proven experience in SEO (preferably in international/US market).
• Certifications in Google Analytics, Google Ads, or HubSpot SEO are a strong plus.

Application CriteriaThis position is open only to candidates with a minimum of 3 years of SEO experience, preferably managing international/US-based projects. Freshers or interns are not eligible for this role.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25, ₹55,000.00 per month
