Job Description:

HOOQx is seeking a talented and experienced Digital Marketing Manager (Female) to join our team at Salt Lake, Sector V, Kolkata. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in developing and executing digital marketing strategies across multiple platforms, including social media marketing, Google Ads, and SEO. She will be responsible for planning, implementing, and optimizing online campaigns to drive brand growth and lead generation.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns across platforms like Google, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  • Plan and execute strategies for SEO, SEM, and social media marketing to increase brand visibility.
  • Create, analyze, and optimize paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) to achieve performance goals.
  • Monitor website analytics, traffic trends, and conversion metrics using tools like Google Analytics.
  • Collaborate with the design and content teams to produce engaging digital content.
  • Manage email marketing campaigns and automation workflows.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing.
  • Prepare monthly reports on performance, ROI, and growth metrics.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or in a similar digital marketing role.
  • Proven expertise in social media marketing, Google Ads, SEO, SEM, and content marketing.
  • Strong understanding of analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, Meta Business Suite).
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
