As a creative force, you'll shape visual concepts for advertisements, brochures, magazines, and corporate reports. We're seeking your talent to craft visually stunning designs across diverse projects such as marketing materials, digital/print ads, social media graphics, and presentations. • Collaborate with the marketing and Development team to develop and implement marketing plans and strategies.
• Spearhead design and help/support in developing marketing material and business.
• materials including presentation decks, white papers, reports, Web APP and Mobile APP Design, etc.
• Assist in conducting market research and competitive analysis to identify potential opportunities for growth.
• Develop and execute campaigns across various marketing channels, including email, social media, and digital advertising.
• Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as necessary.
• Assist in coordinating events and other promotional activities.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and changes in the MarketKey Responsibilities:

1. Design Creation and Development:

• Conceptualize and create high-quality designs, graphics, and layouts that align with project requirements and brand guidelines.
• Develop innovative and compelling visuals for a range of digital and print mediums, including brochures, banners, flyers, social media posts, and newsletters.
• Design and optimize graphics for websites, mobile applications, and other digital platforms.

2. Brand Adherence:

• Ensure all designs align with the company's brand guidelines, maintaining consistency in colors, typography, imagery, and messaging.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure that designs effectively communicate the brand message and resonate with the target audience.

3. Collaboration and Communication:

• Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketers, developers, and content creators to understand project requirements and deliver design solutions that meet objectives.
• Communicate design concepts and ideas clearly to team members and stakeholders, incorporating feedback and making necessary revisions.

4. Quality Assurance:

• Conduct thorough reviews of design materials to ensure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to project specifications before final delivery.
• Address any design-related issues or feedback promptly and make necessary adjustments to maintain high-quality standards.

5. Tools and Technology:

• Utilize industry-standard design software and tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) to create and edit graphics effectively and efficiently.

6. Research and Trends:

• Stay updated with industry trends, emerging design techniques, and tools to enhance creativity and relevance of designs.

7. Project Management:

• Prioritize and manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery while maintaining high quality and attention to detail.
• Collaborate with project managers to track project progress, meet deadlines, and maintain project schedules.

Qualifications and Skills: Mastery in Graphics, Graphic Design, and Logo Design, coupled with a deep understanding of Branding and Typography. Extensive hands-on experience with Adobe Creative Suite tools, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, showcasing proficiency in design software. A distinctive talent for aesthetics and an unwavering attention to detail, ensuring every project is visually compelling.

Stellar communication skills, enabling seamless collaboration with teams, stakeholders, and clients to conceptualize and bring creative visions to life. Proven ability to navigate multiple projects concurrently while consistently meeting deadlines, reflecting strong project management skills. Holds a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field, underscoring a solid academic foundation.

Bonus proficiency in web design, UI/UX design, and video editing, demonstrating versatility and adaptability in the digital landscape. Noteworthy experience in the coffee, food, and beverage industry, adding a unique perspective and insight to design projects. A proven track record as a Graphic Designer, particularly within the IT industry, showcasing practical application of skills in real-world settings.

Demonstrated expertise in design principles, color theory, typography, and layout, forming the backbone of a strong design foundation. Familiarity with web design, UI, and UX design principles, showcasing a holistic understanding of digital design. Exceptional attention to detail, coupled with effective multitasking abilities and time management skills.
