**Job Overview**: Hive Pro is a recognized and trusted vendor in Threat Exposure Management, offering a purpose-built platform designed to mobilize and action on comprehensive assets, vulnerability and threat intelligence to outmaneuver threats and remediate critical risks. As part of our strategic growth, we are looking for a skilled Junior Graphics Designer to strengthen our marketing operations and elevate our brand presence.

The Junior Graphics Designer will be responsible for conceptualizing and creating visually appealing assets that effectively communicate our brand message and resonate with our target audience.

**Responsibilities**:
**Marketing Functional Experience**:

- Exhibit a solid understanding of marketing principles and practices, including brand positioning and target audience identification.
- Develop creative concepts and visual assets aligned with marketing strategies, ensuring brand consistency across channels.

**Branding & Graphics Experience**:

- Proficiency in Figma, Canva, and Adobe Suite (Procreate experience is a plus).
- Showcase a portfolio demonstrating expertise in creating visually compelling designs.
- Utilize typography, color theory, and composition effectively to create cohesive branding materials.

**Visual & Motion Experience**:

- Demonstrate a solid understanding of motion graphics principles.
- Create visually engaging animations and motion graphics.
- Utilize software like Adobe After Effects, Cinema 4D, or Blender to design and animate graphics.

**Portfolio of Projects**:

- Showcase a diverse portfolio including animations, UI/UX designs, branding projects, and marketing materials.
- Highlight creativity, innovation, and attention to detail in design execution.
- Provide examples demonstrating problem-solving skills and delivering high-quality visual and motion graphics.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**
- ** Marketing Functional Experience**: 3-5 years of Marketing Branding-Graphics Visual Experience, with a solid understanding of marketing principles and practices.
- ** Branding & Graphics Experience**: Ability to design on Figma, Canva, and Adobe Suite (Procreate is a plus), with a portfolio demonstrating proficiency in creating visually compelling designs with mature typography, color theory, and composition principles.
- ** Visual & Motion Experience**: A solid understanding of motion graphics principles, including animation techniques, timing, and storytelling through motion.
- ** Portfolio of Projects**: This should include examples of animations, UI/UX designs, branding projects, marketing materials, and any other relevant projects that demonstrate your skills and creativity.
- ** Understanding of User Experience (UX) and Interaction Design**: Knowledge of UX principles and interaction design to create engaging and intuitive user interfaces, animations, and interactive experiences across various digital platforms.
- ** Organizational Skills**: Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with proven ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
