We're hiring a Junior Graphic Designer – Remote (Asia-based)

We're a leadership and team development company. We help high-growth teams build clarity, alignment, and performance through coaching, offsites, and practical courses.
If you're a designer who loves clarity, consistency, and clean execution, we'd love to hear from you.
What you'll be working on:
1. LinkedIn Cheat Sheets & Social Graphics
– Design carousels, infographics, quote graphics, and one-pagers for LinkedIn
– Collaborate with content writers to turn ideas into compelling visuals
– Keep everything feeling on-brand and consistent
2. Presentation & Deck Design
– Design sales, pitch, and course decks to be cleaner, more engaging, and on-brand
– Create slide templates for consistent formatting
– Use visual hierarchy, iconography, and layout best practices to make complex information easy to follow
3. Social & Newsletter Assets
– Design banners, headers, and thumbnails for Newsletters, LinkedIn, and email campaigns
– Build go-to templates for quick turnaround
– Adapt designs across formats (desktop, mobile, email)
4. Keep Us Visually Consistent
– Support brand consistency across all visual outputs
– No rebrand until 2026, just thoughtful execution of what's already working
5. Collaboration & Feedback
– Work closely with content, marketing, and growth teams
– Receive and implement feedback constructively
– Speak up if you spot a better visual way to do something
You might be a good fit if you:
– Are based in Asia
– Have 0–2 years of graphic design experience (freelance or in-house)
– Are confident using tools like Figma, Canva, or Adobe Illustrator
– Have a good eye for layout, typography, and brand consistency
– Can turn ideas into clean, compelling visual formats
– Enjoy feedback and want to keep improving
This role is for someone who loves thoughtful design, enjoys collaboration, and wants to get really good at making content shine.
