- Identify & Qualify Leads: Proactively seek out and qualify potential B2B clients who need logistics and supply chain services.
- Understand Customer Needs: Conduct thorough needs assessments with prospective clients in various industries (retail, FMCG, etc.) to understand their supply chain challenges.
- Develop Solutions: Design tailored logistics solutions and proposals that align with EKart's integrated services, including warehousing, distribution, and fulfillment.
- Sales & Presentation: Conduct effective sales presentations to prospective clients, showcasing EKart's capabilities and value proposition.
- Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate terms and close deals to bring new clients onto the EKart platform.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Skills and Qualifications:
- Industry Knowledge: Proven experience and operational knowledge of the logistics, courier, or supply chain industries.
- Sales Acumen: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Customer Focus: A strong customer-centric approach with the ability to resolve issues and maintain customer satisfaction.
- Business Acumen: Understanding of supply chain concepts and the ability to propose effective solutions.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office applications.
