We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Receptionist to be the first point of contact at our clinic. The Receptionist will handle front-desk operations, assist patients with inquiries, manage appointments, and ensure smooth day-to-day administrative functioning of the clinic.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet patients and visitors warmly and professionally.
- Answer incoming phone calls, respond to inquiries, and direct calls to appropriate staff.
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments.
- Maintain patient records and update information in the system.
- Handle patient check-in and check-out processes, including billing and payment
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the reception area.
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and staff for smooth patient flow.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, couriers, etc.
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum qualification: High School Diploma / Bachelor's Degree
- Prior experience as a receptionist, front office executive, or in customer service is an advantage.
- Good communication skills
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, appointment software).
- Pleasant personality with good interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and handle stressful situations calmly.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹8, ₹11,000.00 per month
