• Recruitment Activities

• On-Boarding & Joining Formalities

• Personnel File/Data Management/HRIS/MIS

• Monthly Attendance & Leave Records Management

• Payroll Processing

• Management of Contract employees

• Validation Of 3rd Party Bills

• Salary Disbursement Coordination

• Statutory Compliance

• Employee Benefits Management Coordination

• Driving the entire Employee Engagement Activities

• Store Level Training & Development Coordination

• Handling Grievances/Escalations

• Exit Formalities including processing of Full & Final settlements

• Drive HR All Initiatives HR Operations

*CTC- Max 4LPA

*Age- Max 31 yrs

*Exp- Min 1 yr+

*Location- Currently living in Mumbai
