Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Inside Sales Coordinator, located in Hubballi Urban. The Inside Sales Coordinator will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, processing orders, ensuring customer satisfaction, and supporting the sales team. Day-to-day tasks include handling customer service issues, communicating with clients to understand their needs, and ensuring accurate order processing. The role demands excellent communication skills to foster positive relationships with customers and drive sales performance.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Inside Sales and Order Processing
  • Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills
  • Effective Communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to work effectively in an on-site role
  • Proficiency in using CRM software is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
