Team Lead - Insurance (Back-Office / Email Complaints)

Location: Mumbai

Working Days: 6 days (Day Shift)

Age Criteria: 25-40

Qualification: Graduate

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Team Lead to manage a group of agents handling insurance related complaints through emails and calls. The person should have strong leadership, coaching, and process-improvement skills.

Key Responsibilities

  •  Lead and supervise a team of agents managing insurance complaints via email & phone.
  •  Guide, coach, and train the team to write professional and error-free emails.
  •  Monitor and track team performance and quality metrics.
  •  Identify gaps, streamline processes, and suggest improvements to clients.
  •  Maintain a dynamic and proactive approach to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  •  Graduate with 2+ years' experience as a Team Lead in back-office / email complaint
  • handling.
  •  Strong communication, coaching, and process-management skills.
  •  Ability to handle escalations, track performance, and drive process improvements.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹350, ₹450,000.00 per year
