Role & responsibilities

We are looking for a creative and data-driven Digital Marketing Associate to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across various channels to increase brand awareness, drive engagement, and generate leads.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, and others.
  • Manage social media accounts, ensuring consistent branding and timely content posting.
  • Create engaging and SEO-friendly content for websites, blogs, and social media platforms.
  • Conduct keyword research and assist in search engine optimization (SEO) strategies.
  • Analyze campaign performance data using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Insights, etc.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing or social media management.
  • Knowledge of tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and Canva or similar design platforms.
  • Basic understanding of SEO, SEM, and content marketing.
  • Strong communication, creativity, and analytical skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Google Analytics / Meta Blueprint certification.
  • Experience in e-commerce or performance marketing.
