We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Executive with a proven track record of creating and executing data-driven marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing strategies to increase brand visibility, attract the right audience, and drive measurable business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, develop, and execute digital marketing strategies across multiple platforms Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, YouTube, and email campaigns.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, audience preferences, and competitive insights.
  • Manage and optimize SEO/SEM campaigns to boost organic and paid visibility.
  • Create engaging and relevant content tailored to target the right audience segments.
  • Utilize analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.) to measure and report campaign performance.
  • Collaborate with the design and content team for creative campaign ideas and landing pages.
  • Manage social media presence and community engagement to enhance brand awareness.
  • Develop and maintain retargeting and conversion strategies for lead nurturing and retention.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in an agency or fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, SEO tools, HubSpot, Mailchimp, etc.)
  • Excellent knowledge of target audience segmentation, lead generation funnels, and campaign optimization.
  • Creative thinker with analytical skills to drive ROI-based results.
  • Strong communication, time management, and reporting abilities.
