Role Description
We are looking for a
Sales Intern
to join our team in Mumbai. This internship is on-site and ideal for someone who wants to gain real-world experience in sales, communication, and client engagement within a growing tech company.
As a Sales Intern, you will support our sales and outreach operations, help maintain relationships with clients, and assist in training and awareness sessions. You'll work closely with our team to achieve targets and learn how sales strategies are built and executed in a startup environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist the sales team with day-to-day activities, including outreach, client follow-ups, and lead management.
- Communicate with potential and existing clients to provide support and information about our products and programs.
- Help organize and coordinate training sessions and workshops with schools and tuition partners.
- Maintain sales records, prepare reports, and track ongoing client interactions.
- Collaborate with the management team to identify opportunities for growth and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Interest in sales, marketing, or business development.
- Basic understanding of customer service principles.
- Comfortable interacting with clients and learning in a dynamic environment.
- Students or recent graduates in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or related fields are preferred but not mandatory.
Compensation and Terms
- Monthly stipend:
₹5,000 - Commission
on successful sales each month (percentage to be disclosed after the 3-month probation period). - During the probation period, KAZrotech reserves the right to discontinue the internship at any time based on performance or business needs.
- Duration:
3 months
, with potential for extension or full-time placement based on performance.
