Sales Intern – IT Sales

Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Sales Intern to support our IT sales team in daily activities, client coordination, lead generation, and sales operations. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or final-year students who wish to gain hands-on experience in B2B IT sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the sales team in identifying potential clients and generating qualified leads.
  • Support in preparing sales proposals, quotations, and product presentations.
  • Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for pricing, product availability, and technical details.
  • Engage with clients via calls, emails, and meetings to understand requirements.
  • Maintain and update CRM/sales trackers with lead status and client interactions.
  • Assist in follow-ups on quotations, orders, and payments.
  • Learn and understand IT products such as laptops, desktops, servers, networking equipment, and software solutions.
  • Support the senior sales team in day-to-day operational tasks.

Qualifications

  • Education:
    Bachelor's degree (ongoing or completed) in Business, Marketing, IT, or related fields.
  • Experience:
    Freshers are welcome; prior internship in sales/IT is a plus.

Skills

  • Strong interest in IT products, technology, and B2B sales.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Positive attitude, willingness to take initiative, and strong work ethic.
