About the Role(s):

We are seeking high-performing professionals to lead and grow our business operations across levels — from
Manager, Senior Manager, Branch Manager to AVP
.

The role involves driving revenue, managing teams, ensuring branch performance, and delivering exceptional client experience in line with Clear Cover's growth vision.

Locations(s):

Delhi(NCR) & Hyderabad

Key Responsibilities:

Business Growth & Revenue Generation

  • Drive
    new client acquisition
    across retail, SME, and corporate insurance segments.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets across diversified insurance portfolios.
  • Build and expand a
    robust client base
    through direct sales, channel partners, and referrals.
  • Ensure
    renewals, upselling, and cross-selling
    across existing client accounts.
  • Identify local
    market opportunities
    and execute branch-level growth plans.

Team Leadership & People Management

  • Lead, train, and motivate the sales and operations team to achieve business objectives.
  • Allocate targets, monitor daily activities, and ensure consistent performance.
  • Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and customer focus.
  • Guide team members on product knowledge, sales process, and compliance norms.

Branch Operations & Compliance

  • Manage
    day-to-day branch operations
    including policy issuance, endorsements, claims coordination, and documentation.
  • Ensure
    IRDAI compliance
    , adherence to company SOPs, and zero audit observations.
  • Handle branch P&L — monitor revenues, expenses, and profitability.
  • Maintain MIS reports, sales trackers, and performance dashboards.

Client Relationship Management

  • Maintain strong, long-term relationships with
    corporate and retail clients
    .
  • Support clients during claims processing, renewals, and policy servicing.
  • Resolve client queries and grievances promptly, ensuring high satisfaction scores.
  • Represent the company in client meetings, reviews, and renewals.

Strategic & Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate with underwriting, claims, and product teams to deliver optimal solutions.
  • Work closely with leadership to develop and implement branch business strategies.
  • Provide market insights, competitor updates, and product feedback to the management team.

  • Proven experience in
    Insurance Sales / Broking /Corporate Insurance

  • Strong understanding of
    general insurance products
  • Demonstrated ability to
    lead teams
    and deliver on business targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and insurance portals.

Educational Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, or related field.
  • MBA / PGDM preferred.
