About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will support the day-to-day HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, payroll coordination, and compliance with HR policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the full recruitment cycle including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HR systems.
- Coordinate payroll inputs, attendance, and leave management.
- Support performance appraisal processes and training & development initiatives.
- Handle employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies.
- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events.
- Support HR reports and documentation as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1–2 years of HR experience (Freshers with strong internship experience may also apply).
- Strong understanding of HR functions and best practices.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with HR software is a plus.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information professionally.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹10, ₹15,712.36 per month
