Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive, located in Noida. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for overseeing and managing HR operations, handling employee relations, ensuring the implementation and adherence to HR policies, and overall HR management. Day-to-day tasks will involve recruitment, onboarding, maintaining employee records, and facilitating performance management processes. The role will also include addressing employee queries and grievances, ensuring compliance with employment regulations, and contributing to the development of HR strategies.

Qualifications

  • HR Management and HR Operations skills
  • Experience in Employee Relations and HR Policies
  • Thorough knowledge of Human Resources (HR) practices
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • 1–3 years Proven experience in a similar HR role
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
