Human Resources Generalist

We're a fast-growing IT solutions provider specializing in cutting-edge software development and digital transformation. Our team thrives on innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning. As we scale, we're looking for an HR Generalist (contract) who can help us build a people-first culture and drive operational excellence across our HR functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
- Administer payroll, benefits, and statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, etc.)
- Maintain HRIS and employee records with accuracy and confidentiality
- Support performance management and employee engagement initiatives
- Handle employee relations, grievance resolution, and disciplinary actions
- Coordinate training and development programs
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies
- Assist in HR reporting and audits
Qualifications & Skills
- Any Graduate / Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 2–4 years of HR experience, preferably in the IT or tech industry
- Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws and HR best practices
- Proficient in MS Office and HRIS platforms
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
