This role is the beginning of the journey to becoming a compensation services specialist in the global mobility world. The scope of this position will include one or more of the following responsibilities stated below.ResponsibilitiesCompensation Services: Preparation of international assignment cost estimates, relocation cost of living and lump-sum calculations, relocation payroll processing, global compensation collection, and transaction detail reporting, and working on TEQ & COC processes accurately and within the agreed turnaround timeMotivated to succeed; Takes personal pride in his or her work productCaring and empathetic toward othersEnsure completion of tasks including policy review, utilization of supplier's tables (AirInc, Mercer, etc.) and logical application of knowledgeMaintain detailed tracking of activities to ensure metrics can be reported in a timely manner.Other duties as assignedQualificationsUniversity Degree in Accounting/Finance, or associate's degree with relevant experience, or equivalent job experienceWork experience preferredAble to breakdown complex issues and problems into manageable componentsCustomer first attitudeResponsible and accountable for expected resultsMotivated to succeed; Takes personal pride in his or her workCaring and empathetic toward othersExcellent written and oral communication skillsWorking knowledge MS Excel and WordApply Now If you believe this role is the next step in your career please submit your interest via the APPLY NOW function including a resume for us to review.SIRVA Worldwide Relocation and Moving is a global leader in moving and relocation services, offering solutions for mobility programs to companies of every size.
