About the Role

We are looking for a smart, detail-oriented Project Coordinator who can handle tendering, billing, and documentation for government construction projects (PWD / CPWD / NHAI / Municipal Works).

This is a key coordination role between the tender, accounts, and site teams.


Key Responsibilities

Search, download, and prepare government tenders (PWD, GEM, NHAI, etc.)

Study tender documents, BOQ, drawings, and eligibility conditions

Prepare rate analysis, quotations, and supporting documents

Manage e-tender uploading and coordinate for EMD/BG/solvency documents

Maintain and update project files, DPRs, and MB data

Prepare RA bills, GST invoices, and payment follow-up reports

Coordinate with site engineers, vendors, and accounts department

Assist in quality documentation, completion reports, and DLP records

Manage material inward-outward and procurement tracking

Handle official correspondence and record keeping for all government projects


Required Skills

Strong in MS Excel, Word, and Email communication

Basic knowledge of AutoCAD / BOQ / Rate analysis preferred

Understanding of government tender portals (GEM / PWD / E-Procurement)

Excellent coordination, documentation, and multitasking ability

Comfortable working with site teams and department officials


Education & Experience

Diploma / B.Tech in Civil Engineering or B.Com / MBA (Construction / Finance / Operations)

Minimum 1–3 years of experience preferred in government or construction project coordination
