About the RoleWe are looking for a dedicated and experienced Safety Officer to join our construction team and ensure a safe work environment. If you have a passion for workplace safety and a keen eye for identifying hazards, we want to hear from you. QualificationsBachelor's degreeExperience 5+ years in the construction industry.

Two wheeler MustAbility to work on-site and ensure compliance with safety protocols. Reporting Time AmCompensation Rs Rs (based on experience)ResponsibilitiesImplement and enforce health and safety policies on-site. Conduct regular safety inspections.

Identify hazards and recommend corrective measures. Investigate workplace accidents and near-misses, ensuring corrective action is taken. Conduct safety training sessions.

Ensure compliance with local safety regulations and company standards. Maintain records of safety inspections, incidents, and training programs. Promote a strong safety culture among employees and subcontractors.

Required SkillsStrong knowledge of health and safety regulations. Communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred SkillsCertification in Occupational Health and Safety. Experience in conducting safety training. Why Join
