Position: Steward

Department: F&B Service

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of the restaurant, service areas, tables, and equipment.
  • Assist in table setup, clearing, and resetting as per service standards.
  • Serve water, beverages, and food to guests efficiently.
  • Maintain cutlery, crockery, and glassware inventory.
  • Follow all safety, hygiene, and grooming standards.
  • Support captains and servers during busy operations.
  • Handle guest requests politely and promptly.
  • Assist in buffet setup and clearing when required.

Requirements:

  • 0–1+ years of experience in F&B service (freshers can apply).
  • Good communication and grooming.
  • Basic understanding of restaurant service.
  • Ability to work in shifts.

Job Description – Captain

Position: Restaurant Captain / F&B Captain

Department: F&B Service

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise stewards and ensure smooth floor operations.
  • Assign tables, manage sections, and ensure service standards are followed.
  • Take guest orders accurately and guide guests on menu items.
  • Coordinate with kitchen and bar for timely service.
  • Handle guest complaints and special requests professionally.
  • Train and support junior staff on service etiquette.
  • Ensure cleanliness, table setup, and overall dining ambience.
  • Manage billing, cash handling, and daily sales reporting if required.
  • Ensure adherence to SOPs, hygiene, and safety guidelines.

Requirements:

  • 1–3+ years of experience in F&B service.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Good menu knowledge (food & beverages).
  • Ability to handle rush hours and manage team.
  • Well-groomed and customer-oriented.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25, ₹30,000.00 per month
