Job Overview
We are looking for an HR Associate with around 2 years of experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should be well-organized, proactive, and fluent in English. This role involves handling end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and daily HR administration.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment & Hiring
- Source and screen candidates through various platforms.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Assist in drafting and sending appointment letters and offer letters.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Onboarding & Offboarding
- Conduct induction and orientation sessions for new joinees.
- Manage onboarding documentation and ensure completeness of HR records.
- Handle exit formalities and prepare relieving letters for outgoing employees.
- HR Operations
- Maintain daily attendance, leave records, and timesheets.
- Assist in payroll inputs and monthly HR reports.
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company HR policies.
- Client Prospecting Support (Preferred)
- Conduct LinkedIn searches for potential business clients or partners.
- Support business development initiatives through basic research and communication.
- Employee Relations
- Act as a point of contact for employee queries and ensure smooth HR communication.
- Assist in planning internal activities and engagement initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Around 2 years of hands-on HR experience.
- Strong communication and writing skills in English.
- Good knowledge of MS Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Proactive attitude with attention to detail and a people-oriented approach.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn search and networking tools is an added advantage.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹18, ₹25,000.00 per month
