Job Overview

We are looking for an HR Associate with around 2 years of experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should be well-organized, proactive, and fluent in English. This role involves handling end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and daily HR administration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruitment & Hiring
  • Source and screen candidates through various platforms.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Assist in drafting and sending appointment letters and offer letters.
  • Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
  • Onboarding & Offboarding
  • Conduct induction and orientation sessions for new joinees.
  • Manage onboarding documentation and ensure completeness of HR records.
  • Handle exit formalities and prepare relieving letters for outgoing employees.
  • HR Operations
  • Maintain daily attendance, leave records, and timesheets.
  • Assist in payroll inputs and monthly HR reports.
  • Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company HR policies.
  • Client Prospecting Support (Preferred)
  • Conduct LinkedIn searches for potential business clients or partners.
  • Support business development initiatives through basic research and communication.
  • Employee Relations
  • Act as a point of contact for employee queries and ensure smooth HR communication.
  • Assist in planning internal activities and engagement initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Around 2 years of hands-on HR experience.
  • Strong communication and writing skills in English.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Proactive attitude with attention to detail and a people-oriented approach.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn search and networking tools is an added advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18, ₹25,000.00 per month
