About the Role:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Marketing Manager to lead our marketing strategies, campaigns, and brand growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving customer acquisition, brand positioning, and revenue growth through innovative and data-driven marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve business goals.
  • Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Oversee SEO, SEM, content marketing, email campaigns, and social media strategy.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
  • Manage branding, promotional events, and PR activities.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance, prepare marketing reports, and optimize ROI.
  • Lead and mentor the marketing team to achieve excellence in execution.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, analytics, and CRM platforms.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
  • Creative thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30, ₹40,000.00 per month
