Position Title:Marketing Executive

Department: Marketing

Reports To: Business development manager
- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape.
- Develop marketing plans and campaigns to achieve business objectives.
- Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns across various channels
- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns.
- Optimize campaigns based on data-driven insights and feedback.
- Collaborate with designers and other team members to produce marketing materials.
- Ensure consistency in branding and messaging across all marketing materials and campaigns.
- Develop and maintain strong brand presence and reputation.
- Engage with customers through various channels to foster relationships and drive brand loyalty.
- Manage customer feedback and address inquiries or issues promptly.
- Track and report on key marketing metrics and KPIs.
- Use analytical tools to measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts.
- Provide regular updates to the marketing manager and other stakeholders.
- Plan and execute promotional events, trade shows, and product launches.
- Coordinate logistics and manage event budgets.

Qualifications and Skills:
**Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.

**Experience**:
Freshers or 0-2 years of experience in marketing or a related role.
- Proven track record of successful marketing campaigns.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools.
- Proficiency in using marketing software and platforms
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable marketing strategies.
- Innovative approach to content creation and campaign development.
- Flexibility to adjust strategies based on market conditions and feedback.
- Understanding and addressing customer needs to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
