The Role: Technical Sales Specialist

This is a fast-track, entry-level position designed for ambitious individuals who want to build a career in strategic project management and high-value consulting sales. You will be responsible for understanding complex client challenges and positioning Solution Buggy's technical expertise as the definitive solution.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

  • Consulting & Curiosity: Be genuinely interested in understanding clients' core business challenges, technical roadblocks, and long-term strategic goals before proposing any solution.
  • Logical Reasoning & Solution Design: Leverage strong analytical skills to match client problems with appropriate Solution Buggy experts and services, presenting customized, viable solutions rather than generic features.
  • Relationship Nurturing: Build and maintain meaningful, long-term professional relationships with clients, fostering trust and repeat engagement.
  • Deal Closing Ability: Drive the sales cycle from initial contact and consultation through negotiation to successful deal closure and contract signing.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Maintain high proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office applications to ensure clear tracking of sales pipeline and client interactions.
  • Communication Excellence: Serve as a clear, organized, and effective point of contact, managing time and prioritizing tasks efficiently to meet internal and external deadlines.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Education: Any undergraduate degree is accepted.
  • Preferred: Candidates with a background in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering are strongly encouraged to apply (this is an added advantage).
  • Core Sales Traits: Exceptional communication, negotiation skills, high levels of activeness, and proven teamwork capabilities.
  • Work Ethic: Ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
  • Mode & Schedule: This is an ON-SITE role (Office only). Working hours are Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
