About you:
We are seeking a dynamic Technical Consultant to serve as the primary technical liaison between our organization and clients. This role combines deep technical expertise with exceptional customer service skills to deliver comprehensive solutions while building strong client relationships.
Day-to-day, you will:
Technical Expertise
- Develop, optimize, and troubleshoot MSSQL queries for reporting, data analysis, and client deliverables
- Create custom reports and dashboards to meet specific client requirements
- Utilize webAPI technologies (preferably C#) to integrate systems and develop client-facing solutions
- Leverage available technologies to enhance client data visualization and reporting
- Stay current with emerging technologies and AI tools to continuously improve service delivery
Customer-Facing Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary technical point of contact for assigned client accounts
- Conduct client consultations to understand technical requirements and business objectives
- Present technical solutions and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Provide training and support to clients on implemented solutions
- Manage client expectations and communicate project timelines effectively
- Respond promptly to client inquiries and technical support requests
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships through exceptional service delivery
Problem-Solving & Innovation
- Apply critical thinking to analyze complex client challenges and develop innovative solutions
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve client processes and system efficiency
- Research and recommend new technologies and methodologies that benefit client outcomes
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery
Your skills and experiences might also include:
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in MSSQL: Strong ability to read, write, and optimize complex SQL queries for reporting and analysis
- WebAPI Experience: Beginner to intermediate level experience with web APIs, preferably using C# and .NET framework
- Windows Service Development: Experience in building and maintaining Windows services, including both background services and worker services for automated processes
Technical Skills (Preferred)
- ClicData Proficiency: Experience with ClicData system is a plus
- React Development: Understanding of for building dynamic, responsive user interfaces and client-facing applications is a plus

- Customer Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences
- Client Relationship Management: Proven ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships with clients
- Learning Agility: Demonstrated willingness to learn and ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and changing requirements
- Critical Thinking: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
