Key Responsibilities:

  1. IT Procurement Process:

  2. Understand purchase requests, vendor quotes, and purchase orders.

  3. Familiarity with IT products and services like hardware, software, licenses, AMC, and renewals.

  4. Basic knowledge of budgeting and cost tracking.

  5. Invoice & Payment Management:

  6. Verify and process invoices, ensuring no duplicates.

  7. Coordinate with vendors and the finance team for timely payments.

  8. Keep accurate records and prepare reports for audits.

  9. Compliance & Audit Readiness:

  10. Follow internal audit guidelines, procurement policies, and security standards like ISO 27001.

  11. Understand data security and financial compliance in the BFSI sector.

  12. Vendor & Stakeholder Coordination:

  13. Collaborate with IT teams, finance, and external vendors.

  14. Communicate with vendors to clarify invoices, get approvals, and track deliveries.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Graduate with 2+ years of experience in IT procurement.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel and documentation skills.
  • Detail-oriented, process-driven, and able to work in a regulated financial environment.
