Key Responsibilities:
IT Procurement Process:
Understand purchase requests, vendor quotes, and purchase orders.
- Familiarity with IT products and services like hardware, software, licenses, AMC, and renewals.
Basic knowledge of budgeting and cost tracking.
Invoice & Payment Management:
Verify and process invoices, ensuring no duplicates.
- Coordinate with vendors and the finance team for timely payments.
Keep accurate records and prepare reports for audits.
Compliance & Audit Readiness:
Follow internal audit guidelines, procurement policies, and security standards like ISO 27001.
Understand data security and financial compliance in the BFSI sector.
Vendor & Stakeholder Coordination:
Collaborate with IT teams, finance, and external vendors.
- Communicate with vendors to clarify invoices, get approvals, and track deliveries.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Graduate with 2+ years of experience in IT procurement.
- Strong Microsoft Excel and documentation skills.
- Detail-oriented, process-driven, and able to work in a regulated financial environment.
