Schedule: Full-Time | 12-Hour Shifts

We are looking for a
skilled and customer-focused IT Technician
to join our Helpdesk Team. If you have strong troubleshooting skills and enjoy solving technical challenges, we want to hear from you

Key Responsibilities:

  • Desktop support (Windows 7, 10, 11)
  • Active Directory & Office 365 user management
  • Troubleshoot DHCP, DNS, File/Print Services
  • Remote support via AnyDesk, TeamViewer, etc.
  • Local network support (VPN, VOIP)
  • Knowledge of cameras/security systems (plus)
  • API & project management experience (plus)

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of IT support experience
  • Strong networking (TCP/IP) & Office 365 knowledge
  • Advanced English communication skills
  • Customer-oriented mindset & strong problem-solving
