Responsibilities
:-
  • Designing and implementing successful sales & marketing strategies.
  • Tapping new markets and coordinating with channel partners to penetrate these segments to expand business & generate income
  • Development of network of Dealers & Distributors, with a long-term vision
  • Evaluating, review, analyze and monitor periodic sales reports, potential sales.
  • Create Customer Loyalty, Dealer & Distributor Loyalty program as per Market scenario.
  • Monitor Sales through digital tools (CRM)/Paperless environment.
  • Ensure availability in all blocks in a district and strong secondary sales activities.
  • Overview Branding work and proper BTL/ATL activities in the Zone .
  • Arranging Mason/Engineer's Meet /influencer Meet as per calendar and proper distribution of Gifts to all the influencers.
  • Create Strategy for converting prospective dealer /in active dealers to active dealers as well mapping competitors channel partners for conversion and association with the company.
