Job description

Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly through various

channels, including phone, email, and live chat.

  • Effectively resolve customer issues to ensure satisfaction and foster a positive

relationship with the brand.

  • Build and maintain rapport with customers, ensuring a courteous, professional, and

friendly interaction at all times.

  • Engage with customers to deliver a seamless and enjoyable experience, actively

promoting customer loyalty and advocacy.

  • Provide feedback to management regarding customer insights, common

issues, and opportunities for service improvement.

  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and

complaints in our CRM system.

  • Resolve customer complaints or issues by identifying the root cause and

offering effective solutions.

What we need:

  • Communication and thought process has to be good.
  • Must be comfortable working from office.
  • Must be comfortable with rotational shifts.
  • Must have valid documents.
  • Must have an experience of 6 months minimum.

Should have experience of working in Voice process

Comfortable working 6 days and rotational shifts

Immediate joiner preferred

Good Communication skills in English

Salary up to 25000 Per month

Interview date: 12 August 2025 to 31-August 2025 (Monday to Friday)

Interview time: 12.00 noon to 4.30 PM

Interview Venue: Healthians, Plot no.518, Udyog Vihar, Phase-3, Gurgaon
