EA cum Receptionist

Key Responsibilities:Executive Assistance:
- Manage and maintain the executive's calendar, schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Handle confidential information with discretion.
- Coordinate internal and external communications on behalf of the executive.
- Follow up on action items, deadlines, and meeting outcomes.
Front Office Management:
- Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and staff.
- Answer and direct phone calls, handle inquiries, and provide general information.
- Maintain the reception area in a professional and welcoming manner.
- Oversee office supplies, stationery, and general administrative support.
Administrative Support:
- Maintain filing systems (digital and physical).
- Coordinate meetings, conferences, and company events.
- Assist with vendor coordination and basic accounting or HR documentation.
- Liaise with internal departments for smooth office operations.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Professional appearance and a positive, customer-oriented attitude.
- Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
