Job Description

We are looking for a Telecaller cum Student Counselor who can handle inbound/outbound calls, counsel students on educational programs, and assist them in the admission process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Call and follow up with potential students/leads from various sources.
  • Explain course details, eligibility, and benefits clearly and confidently.
  • Guide students through the registration and admission process.
  • Maintain a database of leads and track daily follow-ups.
  • Achieve weekly and monthly enrollment targets.
  • Coordinate with the academic and marketing teams for student updates.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English & Hindi required).
  • Minimum 6 months to 2 years of experience in counseling, telecalling, or sales preferred.
  • Strong convincing and follow-up skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM, etc.).
  • Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply.

Education:

  • Minimum Qualification: 12th pass .

Salary & Benefits:

  • Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹40,000 per month (based on experience & performance)
