Position- Associate/Executive/Supervisor

Job Responsibilities

  • Overseeing the entire import/export cycle, including documentation, logistics, and compliance with international trade regulations.
  • Ensuring adherence to all relevant customs regulations, trade laws, and international trade agreements.
  • Preparing, reviewing, and managing all necessary import/export documentation, such as bills of lading, packing lists, and certificates of origin.
  • Coordinating with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient movement of goods.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, and regulatory authorities.
  • Proven experience in import/export operations, including a strong understanding of international trade regulations and procedures.
  • In-depth knowledge of customs regulations, trade laws, and international trade agreements.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal, to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Working experience with IKEA or IKEA suppliers.
  • Ability to identify and resolve issues related to import/export activities.
