Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and engage customers, understanding their preferences and requirements
  • Showcase and explain jewellery collections with product knowledge and confidence
  • Build strong client relationships and provide personalized recommendations
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to store performance
  • Handle billing, inventory coordination, and after-sales service professionally

Desired Profile:

  • 1–5 years of experience in
    retail sales
    , preferably in jewellery, luxury goods, or fashion
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Passion for customer service with a pleasant and professional demeanor
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
  • Basic knowledge of billing and POS systems preferred
