About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist with 5+ years of proven experience in developing and executing high-impact digital marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, Search Console, MailChimp, and Semrush, with a strong command of digital performance tracking and analytics. Expertise in content optimization, email marketing, and website management is essential. Hands-on experience with WordPress, including website editing and page building, is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across search engines, email, and social media platforms.
  • Drive SEO efforts to improve organic rankings, increase website traffic, and enhance keyword performance.
  • Manage and optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads and other platforms.
  • Monitor and analyze website performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Semrush, and other tools to generate actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with business development teams to align digital campaigns with lead generation goals.
  • Create and manage targeted email marketing campaigns using MailChimp, including list segmentation, A/B testing, and performance reporting.
  • Manage company website content and structure using WordPress, ensuring consistent UX and SEO best practices.
  • Develop and manage engaging social media campaigns to boost online presence and brand visibility.
  • Track KPIs, prepare performance reports, and suggest improvements based on analytics.
  • Keep up to date with the latest digital marketing trends, algorithm changes, and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of proven experience in digital marketing roles.
  • Proficiency in SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Semrush, and MailChimp.
  • Strong understanding of content optimization, email marketing, and digital performance metrics.
  • Hands-on experience with WordPress, including basic website editing and page building.
  • Familiarity with social media management tools and campaign planning.
  • Analytical mindset with strong reporting skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
