Position: Team Lead / Assistant Team Lead

Role & Responsibilities

  • Supervise and guide a team involved in processing data extracted automatically via Maatrums online portal.
  • Review and validate property documents provided by banks to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Collate, verify, and extract data from online sources and scanned property documents.
  • Ensure the team adheres to Maatrums and partner banks policies and data security standards.
  • Monitor team performance, maintain productivity reports, and ensure turnaround times are met as per operational requirements.
  • Provide training, feedback, and process support to new and existing team members.
  • Coordinate with internal departments for smooth workflow and issue resolution.

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • Graduate with a minimum of 4+ years of experience in data processing, back-office operations, or document verification.
  • Prior experience in team handling or supervising a small operations team is preferred.
  • Strong proficiency in typewriting and data entry.
  • Fluent in reading and writing Marathi, with good English communication skills (written & verbal).
  • Excellent attention to detail, time management, and leadership skills.
  • Flexible to work in rotational shifts (6 days/week).
  • Open to both male and female candidates.
