We are currently seeking a Project Manager (Banking - Cards Domain) to join our team in Bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced
Project Manager
with strong expertise in the
European
Banking and Cards domain
to lead and manage end-to-end delivery of technology and business initiatives. The role requires managing multiple stakeholders, ensuring timely delivery of projects, and driving solutions that align with business goals, regulatory requirements, and industry's best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage projects in the Cards domain (Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Prepaid Cards, Payments, Loyalty, etc.).
• Drive end-to-end project lifecycle including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
• Collaborate with business, operations, technology, and vendor teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Ensure compliance with European banking regulations, risk, and security standards.
• Manage project budget, timelines, resources, and risk mitigation plans.
• Coordinate with card networks (Visa, MasterCard, Amex, etc.) for certification and compliance activities.
• Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to gather requirements and define scope.
• Prepare project plans, status reports, dashboards, and executive updates.
• Manage dependencies across systems such as core banking, digital channels, fraud management, and payment gateways.
• Ensure delivery of high-quality solutions aligned with business objectives.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 8–12 years of overall experience, with at least 5+ years in project management within the banking domain.
• Strong knowledge of cards lifecycle (issuance, authorization, settlement, reconciliation, chargebacks, disputes).
• Proven experience in Payments and Card Management Systems (CMS).
• Familiarity with EMV, PCI DSS, ISO 8583 messaging, tokenization, and contactless payments.
• Strong project management skills (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
• Experience with tools like MS Project, JIRA, Confluence, or equivalent.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• PMP / PRINCE2 / CSM certification preferred.
