Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Credit Collection Executive, located in Pune. The Credit Collection Executive will be responsible for overseeing credit control activities, managing customer accounts, and collecting outstanding debts. Daily tasks include maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring timely collections, and building strong client relationships. The role requires proactive communication with internal and external stakeholders and an analytical approach to managing financial processes.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Credit Control and Debt Collection, with experience in managing customer accounts and overdue payments
  • Proficiency in Communication, including the ability to interact effectively with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Proven Analytical Skills to evaluate financial data, assess risks, and provide accurate reporting
  • Background in Finance, including knowledge of financial regulations and practices
  • Attention to detail and organizational abilities to ensure timely completion of tasks
  • Proficiency in financial software and tools is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field is preferred
