Job summary

The Project Manager Construction will oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and budget, while adhering to high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Planning and Scheduling: Develop detailed project plans and schedules, coordinating with all relevant stakeholders to set timelines and milestones to ensure timely completion.
  • Budget Management: Monitor and control project budgets ensuring efficient use of resources and adherence to financial constraints.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that construction activities comply with industry standards and regulations, maintaining the highest quality of work.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project objectives are met with minimal disruption.
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Communicate regularly with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure all parties are aligned with project goals.
  • Resource Allocation: Allocate manpower, materials, and equipment efficiently to meet project needs and reduce downtime.
  • Software Proficiency: AutoCAD, MS-Office

Key Requirements

  • Experience: 15-20 years of experience in construction project management within the real estate sector.
  • Education: B.Tech/BE Civil with specialization in Construction Management or a relevant degree.
