Senior Java Engineer

, you will design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure, and resilient systems within ANZ's 
Internet Banking Platform

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with developers, testers, BAs, designers, and product owners to design robust technical solutions.
  • Build and maintain 
    microservices and APIs

using modern backend technologies.
- Work in a 
"build it and run it" DevOps environment

, taking ownership of development, deployment, and support.
- Implement and maintain 
CI/CD pipelines

, ensuring reliability and faster delivery.
- Influence engineering best practices around 
clean code, automation, testing, and continuous delivery

- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize system performance for scalability and resilience.
- Contribute to a culture of 
continuous learning, mentorship, and collaboration

within the engineering team.

Must-Have Technical Skills

Programming & Frameworks:
