Role Summary

We are hiring an AI/ML Developer responsible for building, optimizing, and integrating machine learning models into our software products. This role focuses on
AI development, model deployment, and ML-powered feature implementation
, not data analysis.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and train ML models using TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, or HuggingFace
  • Build ML pipelines for data preprocessing (tokenization, embeddings, augmentation, normalization)
  • Deploy models via REST APIs using FastAPI/Flask
  • Optimize and convert models (ONNX, TensorRT, TFLite) for production
  • Integrate AI features like chatbots, OCR, NLP, CV, recommendation, or speech systems
  • Work with engineering teams to embed ML into applications
  • Maintain model performance, accuracy, and low-latency inference
  • Write clean documentation and follow Git version control

Required Skills

  • Strong Python skills
  • ML frameworks: TensorFlow / PyTorch / scikit-learn / HuggingFace
  • Basic understanding of NLP or Computer Vision
  • Experience with REST APIs & FastAPI/Flask
  • Knowledge of Docker and cloud basics (AWS/GCP/Azure)
  • Good problem-solving and software engineering fundamentals

Qualification

  • Bachelors in CS/IT/AI/ML or related field
  • Academic or personal ML projects on GitHub
