As an AI/ML Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing machine learning models, AI-based solutions, and data-driven algorithms to solve complex business problems. Key Responsibilities:


• Work on data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model selection.


• Apply AI/ML techniques to large datasets to generate actionable insights.


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing systems and processes.


• Continuously improve the performance of AI/ML models by experimenting with new approaches and technologies.


• Evaluate the effectiveness and accuracy of AI/ML models and adjust based on results.


• Conduct data analysis and prepare reports to communicate findings to stakeholders.


• Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI/ML technologies and incorporate them into the development process.

Skills & Qualifications:


• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.


• 3+ years of hands-on experience in machine learning, deep learning, and artificial intelligence.


• Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java.


• Experience with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.


• Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms like regression, classification, clustering, etc.


• Familiarity with data analysis and visualization tools


• Experience working with big data platforms (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) is a plus.


• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.


• Excellent communication skills to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
